| IRP 19 Bn officials felicitated for outstanding performance | | |  EARLY TIMES REPORT
KATHUA, Nov 30: An impressive reward ceremony was organized at IRP 19th Battalion Headquarters Kathua to felicitate and give away cash rewards along with commendation certificates to the officials for outstanding performance.
SSP Benam Tosh Commandant flanked by Deputy Commandant SP Santokh Raj, Dy SP Kuldeep Raj and Dy SP Deepak Tufchi honoured the excellent officials and presented rewards & certificates.
243 outstanding officers and jawans in terms of dedication to duties on various fronts were conferred with cash rewards and Commendation Certificates at the grand reward ceremony with the underlying objective of inspiring all the officials to exhibit more dedication, devotion and commitment while performing government duties.
SSP Benam Tosh bestowed all praises on recipients of cash rewards and commendation certificates and said that their performance had been rated as outstanding because they were displaying exemplary devotion and commitment to duties amid toughest challenges posed by Covid-19 and moreover no complaints had been received against them from any quarters.
Regarding people-friendly approach, SSP Benam Tosh impressed upon all the officers and jawans to treat all law abiding civil persons as VIPs and pay them due respect whether performing hard round-the-clock duties at Lakhanpur, Samba- Kathua stretch of national highway, in Kathua city or in Bani, Billawar, Basholi, Hiranagar, Nagri and Samba district.
The Commandant further assured that all the officers and officials who perform duties with honesty and discipline will be handsomely rewarded and decorated in days to come.
Deputy CO, Adjutant, Quartermaster and Company Commanders also spoke on the occasion, thanked the Commandant for sanctioning rewards so generously and congratulated the officials who received the commendation certificates & cash rewards as a token of recognition of their outstanding performance.
