JAMMU, Dec 6: A division bench of High Court comprising chief justice Pankaj Mithal and justice Sanjay Dhar in a significant order, granted one week's time to AAGs Raman Sharma and Aseem Sawhney to file the latest status report as per the directions of this court contained in the various orders including the last order dated December 28, 2020.
The DB had directed the General Administration Department (GAD) to file a special report before the next date of hearing indicating the action initiated against the members of All India Services against whom the corruption cases have been registered. |
