JAMMU, Dec 20: The Community Mobilization Programme was organized at Government Boys Middle School, Akhnoor under the supervision and guidance of ZEO Akhnoor, Nazneen Akhter. The programme was presided over by the Chairman, Municipal Committee, Sanjay Saraf who was also the chief guest. Under this programme, the ward members, general public and parents were made aware about the various schemes implemented by the Govt to enhance quality education and to improve the enrolment of the students.
Sonia Jamwal, (Zonal Coordinator NISHTHA) teacher reflected light on the NEP 2020. Ashok Kumar (ZICC) explained about the different activities conducted by the department of school education for the students. Hardeep Singh Jamwal, member of counseling cell (PTF) DSEJ focused on the counseling of the students for the solution of the problems faced by them. Pawan Sharma Zonal Coordinator Counseling Cell elaborately explained about the schemes like NISHTHA, FIT INDIA MOVEMENT, VIDHYANJALI etc. Principal Boys Hr Sec School, Anita Koul, Principal Girls Hr Sec School, Narinder Singh Jamwal also spoke on the occasion. Vote of thanks was given by ZEO Akhnoor. Among others who were present included Surinder Sharma, ex-Chairman Municipality, Bharat Bhushan, Social worker, Incharge Boys Middle School, Jyoti Jamwal who attended the function. Anchoring was done by Deepak Sharma, teacher BMS Akhnoor. Rakesh Kumar and Surinder Pal teachers actively conducted the programme with full zeal and enthusiasm. |
