12/20/2021 11:30:45 PM

EARLY TIMES REPORT

JAMMU, Dec 20: The Fund Office Jammu has enjoined upon all the DDO's of District Jammu to submit the GP Fund transferable cases of their employees latest by December 25, 2021.
“Attention of all the DDOs of District Jammu is hereby invited to Government Order No. 118-F of 2021 dated:- 31.03.21 issued by Finance Department whereby e-Transfer of GP Fund balances has been implemented w.e.f 01.04.21 via Gen-Profit Application.
It has also been ordered that pending transferable GP Fund balances of the subscribers pertaining to the period prior to cut-off date i.e. 01:04.21, shall be transferred to the present place of posting of subscribers as per the procedure in vogue within a period of 02 months to the concerned District Fund Offices.
However, the intended target date could not be achieved which has been viewed seriously by the higher authorities. Now, the date has been extended up to 31.12.21 which is last and final” a handout issued by the department stated.
It stated that this office has already informed all the DDOs having pending transferable balances to submit such cases but the response is very poor. It has regretted non-cooperation and non-seriousness from the DDOs regarding various orders, circulars and time line issued in this regard.
“Now, through this circular it is once again enjoined upon all the DDO's of District Jammu to submit the GP Fund transferable cases of their employees latest by 25/12/21 so that the Government instructions may be implemented well in time.
It shall be the sole responsibility of the DDO's to furnish the requisite information within the prescribed timeline. Further non-submission of the same shall be construed as non adherence to the instructions conveyed by the Government from time to time and causing hindrance to meet the deadline conveyed by Finance department for conversion of Manual T.E to e-T.E” it stated further.
