| GDC Sunderbani organizes “Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav” | | | SUNDERBANI, Dec 23: Department of Environmental Sciences in collaboration with NSS unit GDC Sunderbani organized a series of events to mark celebration of National Energy Conservation week under “Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav”.
To create awareness among students regarding conventional energy resources, their depletion in near future and alternative energy resources a group discussion was organized and number of students participated with great zeal and enthusiasm. Along with group discussion and inter-college poster making contest was also organized and a large number of posters were received.
The students showed a lot of interest with remarkable performance in this contest 1st position was bagged by Priya Sharma of semester 3rd, 2nd position secured by Rohit Sharma and 3rd position was captured by Shivani Sharma and third position was jointly shared by Sakshi Sharma of semester 3rd.
