JAMMU, Dec 23: University Entrepreneurship & Skill Development Centre, University of Jammu in collaboration with J&K Entrepreneurship Development Institute organized two day simulation based workshop on entrepreneurship. The workshop was aimed at inculcating entrepreneurial qualities among the youth.
Chief Guest of the event, Prof. Manoj K. Dhar, Vice Chancellor, University of Jammu highlighted the significant contribution of the UESDC in nurturing the talent of young students of the university. He emphasized the need of holding such programs in the future as well so that the culture of innovation and entrepreneurship is created in the UT of J&K. He focused on the feedback of target youth who participated in the said workshop so that their ideas are channelized into real life practice.
Prof. Naresh Padha, Dean Academic Affairs and Coordinator RUSA 2.0, University of Jammu was the guest of honor. He encouraged the students to participate in such events, which hold the importance in shaping their career. Mr. Irtif Mehraj Lone, in-charge, centre for innovation and incubation, JKEDI addressed the audience during the valedictory function. He stressed on creating a long term association of JKEDI with UESDC to produce budding entrepreneurs. |
