JAMMU, Jan 1: Additional Commissioner Jammu, Pawan Kumar harma today discussed the arrangements being put in place for the Republic Day celebration 2022, in a meeting of all the concerned officers, here at M A Stadium.
Among others present in the meeting were Assistant Commissioner Central Dr. Pritam Lal Thappa, ACG Rakesh Dubey, SP Security Bharat Sharma, Field Publicity Officer Jammu Mukesh Kumar Sharma, besides senior officers of Police, Traffic, Jal Shakti, JPDCL, PWD, JMC and other concerned departments.
The Additional Commissioner took a comprehensive review of arrangements being made and stressed on better synergy among the departments for the smooth celebration of the National Event.
JPDCL was directed for installation of lights wherever required and uninterrupted power supply. Information department was directed to finalize the commentators and ensure provision for the PA system.
He also took a round of the venue to inspect the arrangement. |
