JAMMU, Jan 3: Jammu and Kashmir BJP secretary & vaccination in-charge, Arvind Gupta, while expressing gratitude to Narendra Modi government and the UT for launching the vaccination for 15-18 years age group, said that it will cover a large population and give respite to the parents of their children.
In a statement, Gupta said that the decision of the government to start vaccinating for this age group will not only be one more step towards ensuring the benefit of dose to the uncovered young children but also free parents of the worries related to their safety and well being. He said that those born in 2004 or earlier will be benefitted by it and appealed the people to strictly follow the Covid Appropriate Behaviour in view of the reports of Omicron variant of the virus. |
