| NZIEA Calendar for 2021 inaugurated | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, Jan 3: Calendar for the year 2021 of Northern Zone Insurance Employees' Association (NZIEA) Srinagar Division was inaugurated today at Jammu by Dinesh Tanania, Sr. Divisional Manager LIC of India Srinagar Division in presence of Raj Kumar Verma, Marketing Head LIC Srinagar Division.
Com. Pawan Gupta, Divisional Secretary Northern Zone Insurance Employees' Association Srinagar Division, Com. Romesh Chand and Rajesh Gupta, Joint Secretaries, Raj Kumar Sharma, Treasurer, Rajesh Kumar, Auditor and Raj Kumar, Office Secretary of NZIEA were also present on the occasion. Speaking on the occasion, Sr. Divisional Manager spoke at length about the contribution of LIC in Nation building and also appreciated the role of NZIEA in strengthening the industry. He said that LIC is a global organization with 41 crore policyholders which is more than the population of a number of countries. The claim settlement performance is almost 99%. He also appreciated the agents and employees for the wonderful performance of the Srinagar Division. Com. Pawan Gupta said that NZIEA is committed to the service of policyholders and their members will remain serving the policyholders up to their satisfaction. As on 31-03-2021, LIC has 38 lakh crore of assets, 34 lakh crore of Life Fund with 40 crore policyholders. Also policyholders has sovereign guarantee of the Govt. He thanked the policyholders to show faith on LIC; and it was faith of the customers which made this organization having largest customer base in the world in insurance sector.
Team NZIEA Srinagar Division assured its full support to the Management and also assured to work hard for the growth of the industry and give best possible service to the esteemed policyholders. |
