Teachers fulfill enormous responsibility towards society: Rajpurohit

JAMMU, Jan 29: All Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh Teachers Federation (AJKLTF) affiliated to Akhil Bhartiya Rashtriya Shaikshik Mahasangh Jammu-Kashmir celebrated "Kartavya Bodh Divas " program today which is being celebrated every year between 12th and 23rd January on the birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda and Netaji Subash Chander Bose. The main speaker on the occasion was National Vice President Mohan Rajpurohit, of Akhil Bhartiya Rashtriya Shaikshik Mahasangh, who in his impressive and inspiring address reminded teachers about their duties towards nation and society.
Addressing the teachers here today virtually, Mohan Rajpurohit, said teachers are an integral part of India's growth story. They help us build our characters and support the nation in building an educated and skilled workforce. We celebrate Kartavya Bodh Divas every year to acknowledge their contribution and responsibility and some of them are awarded too. However, all these acknowledgements and awards should not just remain a one-day affair.
"A good teacher is a national asset of the highest value at any place or at any time .Teachers are the laboratories which produce the future citizens of a state. The quality of the state therefore depends upon the quality of such laboratories" said Rajpurohit.
However, Pawan Mishra, National Secretary Akhil Bhartiya Rashtriya Shaikshik Mahasangh, special guest on the occasion gave full introduction about ABRSM and its role in present situation in India.
In the end, Devraj Thakur, National Internal Auditor of Akhil Bhartiya Rashtriya Shaikshik Mahasangh and President AJKLTF JKUT thanked all the participants and reiterated that we will work tirelessly to take India to glory whatsoever we have to do.
Rattan Sharma General Secretary AJKLTF in his welcome address briefed about the organizational work in JK UT and its impact on the whole society.
Gulshan Raina senior vice president AJKLTF conducted the proceedings of the program.
The program was also attended by National Organizing Secretary Mahinder Kapoor, Darshan Bharti National Vice President (Media Cell ABRSM) all the office bearers, All district / zonal units of AJKLTF along with more than four hundreds teachers of Jammu Kashmir.
