Jammu, Jan 29: Criticising the present Government of Jammu and Kashmir Union Territory for its failure to provide employment to the youth, Sunil Dimple has alleged that unemployment has increased in this government as JKSSB has miserably failed to complete the recruitment processes in various posts.
He alleged that the failure of JKSSB can be gauged from the fact that it has failed to issue a select list of Class-IV posts.
“There are several posts required by various departments that have been lying pending with the recruitment agency.
The slogans of the government to expedite the process of providing employment seems nowhere on ground, which can be well understood from the protests which are launched by the youths every day,” he alleged.
Referring to the protesting aspirants of Border Battalion, CISF and BSF who have been staging protests demanding their joining, Dimple said that sheer injustice is being meted out to these youths, who despite being selected have not been given joining.
“The selected youth of CISF, BSF were given assurance from Union Ministers but later they were betrayed,” he said.
Not only this, the present government has been selling Jammu and Kashmir from its new land laws which have opened the doors of outsiders who now can buy land without a domicile. “J&K Government has been selling land to Sheikhs of Dubai, and big corporate in Jammu through MOUs,” he alleged.
Launching an attack on the Government for its new order of seeking permission for construction and reconstruction in panachayats, Dimple said that the order has been introduced to harass the poor of rural areas. “This order will open a new window of corruption with the involvement of the Revenue Department,” he said.
He appealed to the LG MK Sinha to intervene into the matter so that the general public, especially youth , might get succor from this situation. |
