| Radhey Radhey colony sans road connectivity, water logged streets rue locals | | |

Jammu, Feb 17: People living in Radhey Radhey colony in Talab Tillo area are up in arms against the authorities for not redressing their problems as the said colony sans proper road connectivity.
Though the colony is situated in vicinity of busy Talab Tillo area yet it lacks the basic amenities which include construction of streets, lanes and by lanes besides arrangement of proper drainage system is to be taken into consideration,some senior locals of the colony said while talking to Early Times.
They said that we people have been running from pillar to post for the last quite some time to get our problems redressed while making rounds of offices of concerned agencies but our pleas fall to deaf ears, adding nothing concrete has been done so far in the matter and we continue to suffer here,they added.
In inclement weather also our problems increase manifold because the streets of the colony are not blacktopped and there were many potholes and ditches over them besides water logging was a common feature of this colony due to no drainage system while other lanes and by lanes are not mettled,they further added.
They in one voice urged the district administration to take stock of their grave problems and construct the roads of said colony at an earliest.
