Tax Bar Association organizes Ayush Medical Camp

JAMMU, Mar 9: Tax Bar Association, Jammu today organized an Ayush Medical camp in the Bar Office at Excise & Taxation Complex, Rail Head Jammu. The medical camp was organized by Tax Bar Association Jammu President Advocate Rakesh Kapahi accompanied by Senior Vice President Advocate Vikram Dubey, Vice President Advocate Renu Verma, General Secretary Advocate Dheeraj Bhasin and Joint Secretary-cum-Cashier Advocate Ishant Gupta and all the members of the Tax Bar Association, Jammu.
During the camp, over 150 kits were distributed among members and the officials of the Sales Tax & Excise Department. These kits consisted of Ayurvedic & Herbal Medicines and Immunity Boosters. All the medicines were provided by the Directorate of Ayush Department J&K free of cost and also detailed briefing about the uses of these medicines, procedure prescribed how to take these medicines and consultation was also provided by the team of doctors consisting of Dr. Vaishali Anand, Dr. Shivani Padha, Pooja Goswami and other assisting professionals. Speaking on the occasion, Advocate Rakesh Kapahi highlighted the benefits of Ayurveda in building immunity in today's era especially when the world is passing through the pandemic. Rakesh Kapahi complemented the doctors and Ayush Department for holding medical camps and promoting AYUSH. He said that there is dire need to organize such camps so that the people can avail the benefits of these camps. Advocate Renu Verma while speaking said that these medicines are totally herbal and Ayurvedic as such it is very helpful for us to fight against virus.
Advocate Ishant Gupta while speaking said that we have to adopt herbal medicines that enhance body immunity as part of proactive measures to fight pandemic.
