JAMMU, Mar 31: Dogra Brahmin Sabha Akhnoor and Bhagwan Shree Parshuram Temple, Akhnoor, Jammu, Chudamani Sanskrit Sansthan, Vishwasthali, Central Sanskrit University, Shri Ranvir Campus Kot Bhalwal, Jammu, Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Science and Technology Jammu and SriKailakh Astrology and Vedic Institute under the auspices and trust on the occasion of the birth centenary year of Dr. Pandit Uttam Chand Pathak Shastri ji, organized one-day lecture with the motto "Gehe Gehe Sanskrit" in Jammu and Kashmir with the plan for the promotion and expansion of Sanskrit language throughout the year, carried out by the organizing committee.
Acharya Abhishek Kumar Upadhyay, Principal of Chudamani Sanskrit Sansthan, explained the preamble and purpose of the program and explained the events held at various places in the past. Former minister Shyam Lal Sharma, who came as the chief guest, said in his remarks that there is a need to make the society aware through this motto of Gehe Gehe Sanskritam.
Expressing his views Shakti Kumar Pathak said that the life element of Indian culture is Sanskrit language, from which our Sanatan culture has survived even today after thousands of years of struggle. Sant Hare Ram Das said that every word of Sanskrit language is a Beej Mantra, the deeper we go into it, the more coolness we will get. Dr. K.K. Sharma said the contemporary examples of Vedas and science with his scholarly speech. He said that the time to come is going to be of subtle energy which is already described in the Vedas.
The Chairman of the organizing committee and Vice Chancellor of SKUAST-J Prof. J. P. Sharma in his presidential address, while incorporating the knowledge points of all the scholars, said that by offering food to God with true feelings in it becomes prasad, water becomes Charnodak, similarly if Sarla Bhasha, Amrita Bhasha when we read the scriptures through Sanskrit mantras give enlightenment.
Mahant Rohit Shastri, head of Shri Kailakh Astrology and Vedic Sansthan Trust invited everyone to come forward together to implement it in all the schools of Kashmir from elementary to graduation. The stage management and biography of Pandit Uttam Chand Pathak was given by Prof. Sharad Chand Sharma explained systematically.
