Rajinder Kumar son of Ramesh Lal in this regard has said that, when SDM Tehsildar didn’t take DC’s order 27-2-2020 seriously, he again approached the authorities after which Additional Deputy Commissioner issued a reminder letter on 9-2-2022 after this reminder and order SDM concerned and Tehsildar threw these letters to wind.
Rajinder lodged a complaint in LG’s Grievances Cell with grievance number 999002011929, he also lodged complaint in ACB, in reference of which SDM Akhnoor vide his official letter number SDM/AKH/2021-22 dated 24-5-2021 has sought information from Tehsildar concern positively.
Rajinder has alleged that the Tehsildar has filed fake report to higher authorities. He said the other person is now threatening him and concerned officials of revenue department are supporting the other person. He appealed to LG to intervene in the matter and direct concerned authorities to provide justice to deserving person.
