JKTJAC deputation meets Director School Education Jammu, raises Burning Issues

JAMMU, May 27: A deputation of Jammu Kashmir Teachers'Joint Action Committee (JKTJAC) led by UT President Vinod Sharma called on Director School Education Jammu Dr Ravi Shankar Sharma in his office chamber today on 27th of May 2022 regarding the issues of teachers.
While interacting Mr Vinod Sharma raised the burning issues of the teaching fraternity which include:
Issuance of corrigendum order in favour of RETs/RRETs whose files are lying in Directorate so that they may be able to process their files for Regularisation/conversion.
Release of funds to meet out the salary arrear requirements of teachers beyond two years so that they may get their pending dues ;
Inclusion of all categories of teachers appointed on the pattern of RET scheme for mutual transfer as all the rules applicable on RET Teachers govern them too and they are neither included in ATD nor in mutual transfer;
DPC of teachers to masters as same hasn't been done since 2014;
Regularisation of left out ReTs and conversion of left out RRETs to Teachers Grade II/III so that they may get their salaries.
The Director after listening the deputation quite patiently assured to redress each issue raised by the JKTJAC leadership.
