JAMMU, June 10: During her Public Outreah programme in different areas of Akhnoor District, Rekha Mahajan, Secretary BJP Jammu &Kashmir, Cordinator Seva, Sushasan aur Gareeb Kalyan pakhwada ,District Akhnoor, visited CHC, Khour and felicitated Female multipurpose Health Worker (FMPHW) Shashi Bala, for her excellent work as a vaccinator in the area. She also appreciated Doctors and other para medicos of this Centre for their services during peak times of COVID pandemic. She was accompanied by District President Akhnoor Jagdish Bhagat, DDC Vice Chairman Suraj Singh, Ex-MLA Khour Krishan Lal Bhagat, NEM Kissan Morcha Manmohan Singh, State Executive Member Narinder Singh Bhau, District General Secretaries Surinder Singh, G.S Chib, Mandal President Sukhdev, Municipal Committee Chairman Khour Deputy Ram, Corporator Deepak Anu Manhas, Pardeep Choudhary, Bishen Lal and other Karyakartas of the party. Rekha Mahajan, while appreciating the role of corona warriors, said that there are no words for such ones who risked their lives when people across India and around the globe had largely confined themselves to their homes with business and educational institutions all shut down in an attempt to contain the virus. The doctors, health-care workers and medical staff members were leading the battle against COVID-19 from the front. Not caring for their own lives, they were on ground with selfless determination for the sake of saving human lives. Such people are truly our heroes in these challenging times as they put their own health, families and most importantly their own lives at risk.
