Deputy Commisinor Avny Lavasa honours Mrs India World 2022 Sargam Koushal

JAMMU, July 1: Today Deputy Commisinor Jammu Avny Lavasa Ias along today felicitated India World 2022 Sargam Koushal in a function held here today.
Pertinent to mention that Sargam Koushal, a teacher and model, hailing from Jammu, who has recently bagged the title of Mrs India World 2022. She achieved the feat on June 15 2022. She was crowned by Navdeep Kaur, the National Costume Winner in Mrs India World 2021 and Mrs World 2022. Sargam Kaushal will now represent India in Mrs World 2022 after obtaining the title of Mrs India World.
Speaking on the occasion, Avny Lavasa Ias said that the youth of Jammu and Kashmir are excelling in diverse fields and showcasing their potential at highest levels. "Jammu and Kashmir has the potential to excel in all spheres of life including fashion, sports as well as creative arts," she said.
Avny said Sargam Koushal has displayed her best in the beauty contest which testifies the fact that there is no dearth of talent. However, there is a need to identify the best ones, polish their skills by experts and groom them at various events at the national level. She also underscored the need for creation of infrastructural facilities to hone skills. She said it is a matter of pride that a Jammuite has won the prestigious competition.
Dc Jammu Avny Lavasa Ias congratulated Sargam Koushal and extended best wishes for her upcoming events in the near future. She also appealed to the youth of Jammu and Kashmir to come forward and take benefit of central sponsored schemes launched by the Modi Government for their welfare so that they can make Jammu and Kashmir proud.
