Non completion of SDH, GDC in 8 years leaves people suffering: Ravinder

JAMMU, July 9: JKPCC Chief Spokesperson and former MLC Ravinder Sharma has lambasted the government for the non completion of the new SDH and degree college Sunderbani besides several major projects, even after right years of BJP rule, leaving people to suffer.
Launching a scathing attack on the BJP for the hollow claims of development, Sharma said that eight years after it's starting of the construction, the new sub district hospital building, the government degree college building and several other important projects are languishing and incomplete.
The general public of entire sub divisions Sunderbani besides Kalakote and Nowshera as well as partly Pouni areas are dependent on Sunderbani for health and education facilities but the neglect of government has left the people to suffer.
Former MLC said that due to his efforts, the previous Congress coalition government sanctioned upgraded SDH and degree college for Sunderbani besides a mega irrigation project, water filtration projects, grid station at siot and Makole, industrial estate and stadium but except one all are incomplete, so far.
Several other projects which were initiated by Congress due to his efforts or were in pipeline, have been abandoned, which left Sunderbani and adjoining areas lag behind in several spheres of development.
Ravinder Sharma vowed to fight for the rights of people especially the youth and demanded immediate completion of SDH building, Degree college, sports stadium, industrial estate for Sunderbani and irrigation project at Beripattan besides several important road links, water supply schemes initiated by the congress and UPA government.
