Blood donation camp held at Red Cross Bhawan

JAMMU, July 20: Bank of Baroda on it's 115th Foundation Day organized a Blood Donation camp in collaboration with Indian Red Cross Society, Jammu Region and Govt. Medical College Hospital, Jammu on 20th July, 2022 at Red Cross Bhawan Kachi Chawni, Jammu.
The Camp was inaugurated by Sat Pal Sharma, Secretary, IRCS, Jammu Region and Dalbir Singh Bandral, Branch Head, Bank of Baroda, Kachi Chawni, Jammu in presence of staff members of Bank of Baroda and Red Cross.
On this occasion, Sat Pal Sharma congratulated all the staff members of the Bank of Baroda for donating blood and emphasized the need of organizing more and more such camps. He further added that he feels proud that this Bank is connected/ associated with Red Cross from so many years and Red Cross has got the pleasure to be the part of their celebrations of Bank's 115th Foundation day. He again expressed his gratitude towards each staff member who donated blood and supported the unprivileged society.
Further the Hony. Secretary also thanks the Dalbir Singh Bandral, Branch Head, Bank of Baroda, Kachi Chawni, Jammu, Sushant Mishra, Branch Head, BOB, Gandhi Nagar, Jammu and Vishu Mattoo, Branch Head, BOB, Narwal, Jammu for donating 3 ACs out of CSR funds to Red Cross Society to facilitate the patients and general public visited Red Cross for medical check up and covid 19 vaccination.
Total 14 units were collected and further handed over to the team of Blood Bank GMC Jammu headed by Dr. Zulfqar Ahmed.
