Har Ghar Tiranaga Campaign
7/20/2022 11:24:10 PM

Jammu and Kashmir administration is gearing up for Har Ghar Tiranaga campaign to mark the 75th year of Independence.
Union Home Minister, Amit Shah, recently interacted with the chief ministers of different states through a virtual mode and asked them to ensure that tricolor flies over every household. Shah stressed on the need for inculcating the spirit of nationalism among the people and renewing the pledge to serve our motherland.
On Tuesday, J&K Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha chaired a high-level meeting to review the preparations for the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign in Jammu and Kashmir. He was informed that the district administration is coordinating with municipal corporations and panchayats to make the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign a success. The tricolor will fly over every household from August 13 to 15.
To make the campaign successful the administration should ensure that the national flags are distributed across the Union Territory. Besides hoisting the tricolor on the rooftops, the netizens need to be encouraged to keep the tricolor posted on their social media handles from August 13 to 15.
The Har Ghar Tiranga campaign is a novel initiative and the people across the country seem enthusiastic about it. It will be for the first time since 1947 that the tricolor will be hoisted atop every household in the country. It’s an opportunity for every Indian to send a message across the world that tricolor is their identity and they love, and respect it.
The J&K administration has decided to launch a massive awareness campaign through various channels to make people aware about the importance of hoisting the tricolor atop their houses on the occasion of Independence Day. The government needs to involve the youth and ensure that they participate actively. Youth hold the key and the power to tell the world that India has changed and “New India” is about nationalism and patriotism.
The tricolor on every house in J&K will send a clear message to Pakistan and the terrorists sponsored by it that no one in the Union Territory is interested in their propaganda and the days of separatism are over as all their stooges in Jammu and Kashmir have been cut to size.
