RAMNAGAR, July 25: The arrangements for the smooth celebration of Independence Day 2022 were today discussed here at a meeting chaired by Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Ramnagar, Gopal Singh.
Detailed discussions were held on the seating arrangement, barricading, security, traffic regulation, drinking water and power supply, sanitation, first-aid, fire-tenders, PAS etc.
The SDM Ramnagar informed that the main function would be held in the premises of Government Model Higher Secondary School, Ramnagar where the chief guest would unfurl the National flag at 8:55 Am.
The SDM directed the officers of PHE, PWD, PDD, Health and Police department to make adequate arrangements for the smooth conduct of the National festival.
The Municipality was asked to maintain cleanliness in the town as well as at the venue.
The SDM asked the officers to make all efforts for the celebration of Independence Day well in advance.
Among others, Tehsildar Ramnagar, Srinath Suman, BMO, Dr. Zakir Hussain, Principal Model Higher Secondary School, Tersaim Singh and other officer/Officials were present on the meeting. |
