NHPC Salal Power Station organizes Blood Donation Camp

JAMMU, Sept 24: A "Blood Donation Camp" was organized by Salal Power Station under the "Amrit Mahotsav" at Zorawar Hospital, Jyotipuram. The camp was inaugurated by Head of Salal Power Station J.C. Sarkar and his wife Sumitra Devi by cutting the ribbon. The 62 Nos. NHPC, CISF, CRPF Kendriya Vidyalaya, media personnel and local people were participated the camp as blood donors.
On this occasion, the head of Salal Power Station while expressing his gratitude to all the donors said that every healthy person must donate blood in his life. With this your health is also good and most importantly you give life to a needy person by donating this blood. This donation is greater than all donations, hence it is called "Mahadan". He also thanked Dr. Sahil Gorka, doctor from blood bank, Medical College, Jammu and his team while expressing their gratitude. On this occasion, the camp was concluded by distributing souvenirs and fruits, Juices etc. to all the donors on behalf of Salal Power Station.
On this occasion, the General Managers Jitendra Kumar, Satyavan, Dinesh Kumar, Sanka Luha, and Jai Prakash, Group-Deputy General Manager (Finance) and Sanjeev Kumar, Deputy General Manager (HR) and other higher officers show their presence. The Doctors of Zorawar Hospital , Dr. Pooja, Dr. Santosh and Dr. Dheeraj and their team expressed special gratitude to all the people and media for the successful organization of this camp.
