During investigation, it was found that an accused (R/o Rewari) entered into conspiracy with others. In pursuance of the said conspiracy, another accused (employee of Printing Press) stole the question paper of JKPSI examination and handed over the same to other accused ( R/o Rewari). Further, the said accused contacted other accused persons to arrange candidates for sale of question papers.
The other accused arranged candidates who were provided leaked question paper. In furtherance to conspiracy, candidates were taken to Karnal and provided leaked question paper in lieu of money.
