| Standards Writing Competition organized by J&K Government School Standards Clubs | | |

Jammu, Dec 4: GHSS Jhulas, GGHSS Poonch, GHSS Tikri and GHSS Garhi Standards Clubs organized Standards Writing Competition on 01 December 2022 in collaboration with BIS Jammu and Kashmir Branch Office.
The objective of organizing such competitions in schools is to create awareness of standards clubs among students, who would become quality ambassadors for the next generation of our society. This activity helped students in understanding and appreciating the role standards play in building a Quality Eco-system in the country.
It is worth mentioning the BIS has established more than 2500 standards clubs in the country and 123 standards clubs in J&K.
BIS JKBO has been regular training organizing Mentors awareness programmes and students awareness programmes for the standards clubs. Students have been enthusiastically participating in such competitions being organizing by BIS standards clubs from time to time. |
