JAMMU, Dec 18: Genesis International Playway School, Jammu, celebrated its 2nd Annual Day commemorating the theme " Gratitude to Covid Warriors".
Dr Sheetal Badyal, Assoc. Professor, SKUAST Jammu, graced the occasion with her esteemed presence as the Chief Guest of the Event. The guests were given a warm welcome by the Principal, GIPS, Mrs Manpreet Kour.
The children gave enthralling performances in the form of skits, dances and dialogues offering their gratitude to all the Covid Heroes and Frontline workers who sacrificed their days and nights to serve the humanity during pandemic times. The Event was an integration of love, creativity and hardwork by the choreographer of the Event Mr Sahil Kumar, who trained the small kids to give bedazzling performances.
The Honourable Chief Guest, Dr Sheetal Badyal, presented the Annual Awards to the young students for various academic and co-curricular achievements. Speaking on the occasion Dr Sheetal Badyal said that the entire event was superbly planned and executed by the entire GIPS Team which showcased the excellence of the School.
The Annual Report and Vote of Thanks was presented by the Principal, GIPS, Mrs Manpreet Kour. The whole evening was Coordinated by GIPS educator Mrs Haneet Kour who held the stage with confidence and grace.
Parents felt elated as their little children gave a flawless performance and were filled with pride to witness their confidence and expression on stage. |
