Scamsters Exposed
3/10/2023 10:50:40 PM

Recent raids conducted by the Enforcement Directorate in connection with selling of MBBS seats have vindicated the reports that Hurriyat leaders used to loot people on the pretext of education.
Money which these separatists used to generate by selling the MBBS seats was utilized for terror funding and other subversive activities.
After the scrapping of Article 370 the situation in J&K has changed drastically. The government has tightened its noose around the separatists and the security agencies have shattered their eco-system.
Crackdown on separatists in Kashmir is a part of the decisive war against terror. The security and investigating agencies during the past three years have broken the back of the separatists by blocking the Hawala channels and other illegal funding sources.
Investigations into the selling of MBBS seats have revealed that a few separatists used consultancy firms to trap prospective students for engineering and medical degrees in Pakistan by conducting fake ‘national talent search’ examinations.
The main purpose of these separatists was to lure the students by showing them dreams and at the end they were made to pay through their nose for the seats in the professional colleges.
Students who went to Pakistan occupied Kashmir to pursue their degrees were warned by the University Grants Commission (UGC) in 2019 against taking admission in educational institutions in PoK as they were not recognised by statutory authorities.
The UGC in a notification had stated that Pakistan-occupied Jammu and Kashmir (PoJK) is an integral part of Union India and educational institutions such as universities, medical colleges and technical institutions and other education institutions situated in PoJK are neither established by Government of India nor recognized by statutory authorities such as UGC, All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE), Medical Council of India (MCI).
After 2019, no Kashmiri student has gone to PoK to pursue any professional course as the investigating agencies brought to fore how the careers of the students were ruined just for earning money.
Ones who used to send the students to Pakistan have been cornered and their shops have been closed. They stand exposed before the people as it has been proven beyond doubt that people of Kashmir were looted on the pretext of education.
