Early Times Report

JAMMU, May 31: Former BJP Legislator Vikram Randhawa stated that the Central Government, led by Narendra Modi, has devoted 9 years to seva (service), garib kalyan (welfare of the poor), and sushasan (good governance). He shared this during an outreach program in Billawar and Basohli Assembly Segments, organized to commemorate the successful 9 years of the Modi Government.
Randhawa also informed that on June 23, 2023, the BJP will observe the death anniversary of Dr Shyama Prasad Mukherjee across India. Paying homage to Dr Mukherjee, who worked for the welfare of the people, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) under Prime Minister Narendra Modi's leadership is committed to the overall development of Jammu.
He emphasized that no area in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir will be deprived of basic amenities, and the development of every citizen is the BJP's main objective. The program aims to raise awareness among the masses about the policies and schemes launched by the Central Government for the welfare of the people. Randhawa mentioned that several projects are in the pipeline that will transform the face of Jammu and Kashmir.
Randhawa praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi's relentless efforts to address people's problems and alleviate their suffering, which persisted for over seventy years. He highlighted that the central government has provided ample funds for development works across the Union Territory, resulting in significant development in Jammu and Kashmir.
As part of the nationwide celebration of the thriving 9 years of the Modi Government, the BJP is conducting a massive public outreach program from May 30 to June 30. Randhawa urged party members to inform the people about the achievements and future plans of the Modi Government over the past 9 years.
He also mentioned various flagship schemes launched by the Central Government, such as Ayushman Health Card, Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana (PMJDY), Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana (PMJJBY), Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana (PMSBY), Atal Pension Yojana (APY), and Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi, which have greatly benefited the common masses.
Randhawa emphasized that the inclusive agenda of development, growth, investment, and creating opportunities for the youth, envisioned by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, will transform Jammu and Kashmir, regardless of region, religion, caste, or ethnicity. He urged party workers to reach out to every beneficiary of the Central Government schemes to gather their feedback.
