Summer break: Courts to close from June 19

Jammu, June 15: The High Court today issued notification as per which the Jammu &Kashmir and Ladakh High Court will remain closed for summer vacation from June 19 to July 8, (both days inclusive).
Chief Justice N Kotishwar Singh nominated vacation Judges for the period of summer break.
According to the order Justice Rajesh Sekhri would be Vacation Judge from June 26, to July 1, and Justice Rahul Bharti would be Vacation Judge from July 3, 2023 to July 8, 2023 for Jammu Division whereas according to the order Justice Moksha Khajuria Kazmi will be Vacation Judge from June 26, to July 1, and Justice Wasim Saadiq Nargal will be Vacation Judge from July 3, 2023 to July 8, 2023 for Srinagar Division.
It is worthwhile to mention here that subordinate courts will remain closed for summer vacations from June 19, 2023 to July 3, 2023.
According to the order issued by Principal Sessions Judge Jammu Sanjay Parihar that Deepak Sethi Additional Sessions Judge Jammu Will be Vacation Sessions Judge from June 19, to June 22, Sudhir Kumar Khajuria Presiding officer Fast Track Court Jammu will be Vacation Sessions Judge from June 23, to June 26, Chain Lal Bavoria 2nd Additional District & Sessions Judge Jammu will be Vacation Sessions Judge from June 27 to June 30, and Jatinder Singh Jamwal 3rd Additional Sessions Judge Jammu will be Vacations Sessions Judge from July 1 to July 3.
According to another order issued by Chief Judicial Magistrate Jammu, Tarun Mahajan Munsiff Jammu will be the Duty Magistrate from June 19, to June 23, Sumati Sharma Special Mobile Magistrate (13 FC) Jammu will be Duty Magistrate from June 24 to June 28, and Rajiv Kumar Special Railway Magistrate Jammu will be Duty Magistrate Jammu from June 29 to July 3.
