Jammu, July 2: Varuna Anand, Chairperson of FICCI FLO J&K and Ladakh, has announced the launch of the ‘She Rises’ program, starting from July 1.
This unique initiative aims to identify and train women aspiring to start their own businesses, preparing them for entrepreneurship after their participation in the Start-Up festival scheduled for October 2023. The program, organized under FICCI FLO, caters to women homepreneurs, entrepreneurs, and innovators, offering a wide range of resources and opportunities. It will be conducted across 15 cities in 11 states of India, enabling women entrepreneurs from diverse backgrounds to participate. Participants will receive training, capacity building, mentorship, networking, and funding opportunities, along with guidance on making their ventures investment-ready. The program targets women above the age of 18, with applications already underway and online training commencing on July 1, 2023. FICCI FLO aims to support and guide aspiring entrepreneurs in the Union Territories of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh. |
