Stephens Group of Institutions hosts 1st convocation and felicitation ceremony to commemorate graduating batches

JAMMU, July 31: Stephens Group of Institutions, under the aegis of Dr. Aparna Educational Trust, proudly celebrated its 1st Convocation Ceremony for the 1st Batches of Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing (Batch 2018-20) and B.Sc. Nursing (Batch 2017-2021) along with a Felicitation Ceremony for all the Passed Out students. The event was an unforgettable and cherished occasion for the alumni.
The esteemed Chief Guest for both the events was Dr. A.S Bhatiya, Principal of GMC, Rajouri. The presence of other dignitaries, including Dr. Kamal Saini (IPS, IGP Retd.), Chairman of Stephens Group of Institutions, Satvinder Saini (Director Stephens International Public School), Adv. Kunal Saini (Director Stephens Group of Institutions), and Dr. Sandeep Singh (Registrar, J&K Paramedical Council) graced the event as Special Guests. Dr. Kamal Saini (IPS, IGP Retd.), and Dr. A.S Bhatiya (Principal GMC, Rajouri) lauded the efforts of the Faculty Members and congratulated the toppers for their exceptional results. Dr. Sandeep Singh also praised Stephens Group of Institutions as one of the best institutions providing top-notch facilities and achieving 100% results across all streams.
The programme commenced with a warm welcome address by Ms. Joyce B Singh (Assistant Professor, Stephens College of Nursing), followed by a solemn Lamp lighting ceremony. The students of Stephens Group of Institutions mesmerized everyone with an enchanting devotional song.
Subsequently, the students were conferred with their well-deserved degrees along with medals. The University Toppers were recognized and honored with mementos for their outstanding academic achievements.
The Convocation Ceremony witnessed Manoj Kotru (Administrator) and Kheema Peshin (Vice-Principal Stephens Group of Institutions) presiding as Chairs of Delegates. They extended their heartfelt wishes to all the alumni for their bright careers and congratulated them on successfully completing their graduation journey.
After the Convocation Ceremony, a Felicitation Ceremony was held for all the Passed Out Batches, including Post Basic Nursing, B.Sc., GNM, and Multipurpose courses. The students were overwhelmed with joy and excitement upon receiving this recognition and appreciation. Ms. Kavita Rana (Associate Professor) presented the Alumni Report, while Prof. Ritu Gupta and Ms. Joyce B Singh (Assistant Professor) gracefully anchored the event.
During the ceremony, the Alumni of Stephens Group of Institutions shared their heartwarming graduation journeys at Stephens and expressed gratitude to the Management and Faculty members for their unwavering support.
The successful organization of the event was made possible by the coordination efforts of Prof. Ritu Gupta, Associate Professor Kavita Rana, and Assistant Professor Joyce B Singh under the supervision of Manoj Kotru (Administrator Stephens Group Of Institutions). All the delegates were felicitated by the Management.
Adv. Kunal Saini, Director of Stephens Group of Institutions, extended the Vote of Thanks, expressing gratitude to all the attendees for making the event a grand success.
