HPS students shine at Inter School Pencak Silat Championship

JAMMU, Aug 17: The students of Humanity Public School (HPS) in Bassi Kalan, Bari Brahmana, have brought immense pride to their institution by securing a remarkable haul of medals at the Inter School District Level Pencak Silat Championship. This championship, organized by the District Pencak Silat Association, Samba, under the banner of the Pencak Silat Association of Jammu & Kashmir, witnessed the participation of 33 HPS students. The collective efforts of these young athletes yielded a spectacular result: 11 Gold Medals, 12 Silver Medals, and 10 Bronze Medals.
The deserving recipients of Gold Medals include: Aakriti Charak, Jaishav Bhagat, Sayam Singh Charak, Paras Verma, Vansh Kumar, Krish Bamotra, Anmol Bhall, Chunmun, Ankit Kumar, Pranav Rajput, and Jatin Bhagat.
The accomplished Silver Medalists are: Danish Charak, Henan Ali, Shrisha, Rudra Pratap, Mukund Saini, Parneesh Gautam, Anshu Manhas, Alisha Ali, Sikhman Kour, Udhay Dev Singh, Mohd. Abid, and Gourav Sharma.
Bringing home the Bronze Medals are: Viban Sharma, Ranveer Singh, Rishab Sharma, Naman Singh, Vansh Bassan, Alina Biswas, Manvi Thakur, Balbir Kumar, Keshav Singh, and Snover Sotra.
Gaurav Charak, the Principal of Humanity Public School, along with Vice Principal Anku Charak, took pride in acknowledging the relentless efforts of the students. They also extended their appreciation to Mahan Singh, Incharge (Sports), and Nikhil Jaral, the Coach, whose dedicated guidance undoubtedly contributed to this resounding victory.
The achievement underscores the talent, dedication, and commitment of the students to excel in sports and represents the school's commitment to holistic education.
