| Viksit Bharat Ki Parikalpana@2047 observed at IGNOU Jammu | | |

Jammu, Dec 11: Envisaging the vision of the Government of India to make India a developed nation by 2047, the 100th year of its independence in the frame of Viksit Bharat@2047, the officials, staff of the IGNOU Regional Centre Jammu and the students watched the virtual address of the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India at the Regional Centre Jammu today. Regional Director, Dr. Jai Prakash Verma administered the “Hamara Sankalp Viksit Bharat” pledge to the colleagues at the RC.
Regional Centre Jammu has a number of activities lined up to be carried out in days to come which include creating awareness among the learners to submit their ideas for the Viksit Bharat on mygov.gov.in portal and mention about their role and contribution towards making India as a developed nation.
“It is important to channelize the innovative ideas of the youth of this Country into nation-building by inviting them to share their ideas and contribute to the vision of Viksit Bharat by 2047 and every youth studying in Colleges/Universities must take part in this important nation building exercise”, said Dr. Jai Prakash Verma, Regional Director, IGNOU Regional Centre Jammu.
Assistant Regional Directors, Dr. Sandeep Gupta, Dr. Asha Upadhyay, Dr. Vikram Singh, Deputy Registrar, S. Tejinder Pal Singh. Assistant Registrar, Shri Rajesh Mohan, Shri Dara Singh, Section Officer were among the Regional Centre were also present on the occasion. |
