GDC R.S. Pura Embraces National Vision with Live Telecast of PM's "Viksit Bharat@2047: Voice of Youth" Initiative

R.S. Pura, Dec 11 : In a proactive move towards contributing to the ambitious vision of a developed India by 2047, Government Degree College (GDC) R.S. Pura enthusiastically participated in the live telecast of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's initiative, "Viksit Bharat@2047: Voice of Youth."
Under the able guidance of Dr. Rajni Bhagat, the esteemed Principal of GDC R.S. Pura, the college administration organized a live telecast show for all students and faculty members in the college library.
This event, held in collaboration with the Department of Dogri and the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of the college, aimed to actively involve the college community in the nation's vision for comprehensive development.
Dr. Rajni Bhagat, addressing the participants, emphasized the significance of Prime Minister Modi's vision, which seeks the active engagement of the youth in shaping the nation's plans, priorities, and goals.
The "Viksit Bharat@2047: Voice of Youth" initiative provides a platform for the youth to contribute innovative ideas towards various aspects of development, including economic growth, social progress, environmental sustainability, and good governance.
The workshops, a key component of the initiative, were highlighted as crucial steps in the process of engaging youth to share their ideas and suggestions.
Dr. Sunil Kumar Mangoch, Head of the Department of Dogri, coordinated the live telecast program, bringing together members of the IQAC committee, teaching and non-teaching faculty, and a substantial number of students.
The active participation of the college community in this program reflects a commitment to fostering a sense of responsibility and active citizenship.
The initiative not only aligns with the national vision but also empowers the students to play a significant role in shaping the future of the country.
