JAMMU, Jan 1: A total of 28 skilled members, comprising both men and women, of the Rollball team have received clearance from the J&K Sports Council Screening Committee for their participation in the 20th Senior Rollball National Championship. The screening committee, led by Baljinder Singh, Divisional Sports Officer, and assisted by Suraj Bhan, Manager of the Indoor Complex, approved the team's selection.
The national championship is scheduled to be held at Balguam in Karnataka from January 4th to January 7th, 2024.
The final selection of the team took place on December 26, 2023, after a rigorous training camp that commenced on December 13, 2023, supervised by Madhu Sharma. The team is set to showcase its skills and compete at the national level.
