| DRCS organises donation drive for needy people | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, Jan 1: On the Occasion of New Year Donation Drive was initiated by District Red Cross Society Jammu Under the supervision of Deputy Commissioner Jammu Sachin Kumar Vaishya (IAS) and Executive Secretary District Red Cross Society Jammu Ansuya Jamwal (JKAS) at Gole Market Gandhi nagar, Channi Himmat, Kachi Chawani and Roopnagar Jammu.
The Motive of this initiative is to share the joy of new year with the needy people.The Jammu administration has stationed four mobile vans across Jammu city, where people can donate toys, clothes, books and stationery items for the less-privileged sections of the society. The vans for this collaborative endeavor with the District Red Cross Society are being manned by volunteers of C-Dyte.
The initiative aims to bring happiness and hope to those who are facing hardships and challenges in their lives.Executive Secretary DRCS and ADC Jammu, Ansuya Jamwal has appealed to the citizens of Jammu to donate generously and contribute to this noble cause. |
