Kavinder initiates New Year with prayers for J&K's prosperity at Maha Kali Temple

JAMMU, Jan 1: Senior BJP leader and former Deputy Chief Minister Kavinder Gupta commenced the New Year with a visit to the revered Maha Kali Temple within the historic Bahu Fort in Jammu. Offering pious prayers for the peace and prosperity of the people of Jammu and Kashmir, he expressed optimism for a year brimming with hope and fulfillment for the people of the Union Territory.
Speaking to media persons after paying obeisance at the temple, Kavinder highlighted the momentous occasion of the Ram Mandir consecration scheduled for January 22, 2024, calling it a symbol of national unity and cultural resurgence. He lauded the unwavering efforts of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the BJP government in realizing the long-cherished dream of millions of Ram devotees.
"The dawn of 2024 carries the auspicious blessing of Ram Mandir's consecration," Gupta stated. "This historic event will not only usher in a new era of spiritual awakening but also reaffirm the strength of our shared heritage and values. Under the vision of Prime Minister Modi, India is witnessing a vibrant renewal of its cultural identity, and Jammu and Kashmir will undoubtedly partake in this glorious resurgence."
Kavinder underlined the commitment of the BJP government towards ensuring a brighter future for J&K. He emphasized the government's focus on promoting development, fostering communal harmony, and addressing the aspirations of the people.
"The Prime Minister's unwavering commitment to J&K's progress is evident in the numerous development initiatives undertaken in the Union Territory. The BJP government remains dedicated to creating a prosperous and peaceful future for the people of J&K, where every individual can thrive and contribute to the region's growth," he added.
The former deputy Chief Minister extended his heartfelt wishes for a joyful and prosperous New Year to all citizens of Jammu and Kashmir. He expressed confidence that 2024 would be a year of collective progress and harmony, driven by the guiding light of faith and the spirit of service.
