| GDC Samba screens short film on voters' awareness | | |  Early Times Report
SAMBA, Feb 20: The Pravaad Electoral Literacy Club of SPPND Govt. Degree College Samba organized Nirvachitra as a part of their two-week Voters' Awareness Programme centered around the theme "Greater Participation for a Stronger Democracy" under the aegis of Viksit Bharat@2047. The event held under the guidance of Prof. (Dr.) Twinkle Suri, Principal of the college was designed to educate and inspire students about the importance of active participation in the democratic process. Through the screening of the short film, Masti, Dosti aurMatdaan, students were able to delve into the essence of friendship and camaraderie intertwined with the power of voting. Nirvachitra served as a platform for students to engage in dialogue around the significance of their voting rights and how their participation can shape the future of the Nation. The event aimed to empower students with the knowledge and motivation to become responsible and informed voters in the upcoming elections. |
