Jammu, Mar 22: Although his name has been cleared for the Congress mandate for Udhampur-Doda Lok Sabha seat, Choudhary Lal Singh is unlikely to file his nomination papers during the ongoing ominous period of Holasthak. Reports said that during the Congress Election Committee meeting on Thursday, the names of Choudhary Lal Singh were finalized for Udhampur-Doda Lok Sabha seat and Raman Bhalla for Jammu-Reasi Lok Sabha seat.
