The crowd has a desire to participate in the democratic process to decide their future.
Recalling the visit of the team of the Election Commission of India on March 12 and 13, Rajiv Kumar said that people asked us when assembly elections will be held in Jammu and Kashmir. At that time we told the people that assembly elections would be the appropriate time.
Rajiv Kumar said that the appropriate time has come and we will build on this foundation to further strengthen democratic institutions in Jammu and Kashmir.
