JAMMU, Oct 11: Nav Adarsh Hr. Sec. School, Kathua, celebrated Navratri with great enthusiasm and devotion, showcasing the rich cultural heritage of India. The event, held in the school auditorium, was marked by soulful bhajans presented by the students, filling the atmosphere with spiritual fervor.
A series of captivating performances were staged by the students, depicting timeless stories from Hindu mythology. The audience was mesmerized by the emotional tale of Raja Harishchandra , the inspiring devotion of Mata Jwala and Bhakt Dhanna and the powerful depiction of Mahishasur Vadh , showcasing the victory of good over evil.
Lalita Katal, the esteemed Chairperson of the school, appreciated the heartfelt efforts of the students and teachers in bringing these stories to life through their performances. She lauded their dedication in keeping the essence of Navratri alive and encouraged them to continue promoting cultural values.
