Srinagar, Oct 11: Chairman of Peoples Conference Sajad Gani Lone on Friday launched a scathing attack on top notch businessman turned politician and taunted him for even failing to win his own seat.
Without naming any politician, Sajad Lone wrote on twitter: “To Mr Money bags who incidentally lost his own seat. You financed vote purchase operations in Handwara and Langet. And became the pimp in chief in organising meetings and strategising — how to purchase. How to cross vote. Pimping comes naturally to your character.”
“How shameful. You r a wretched ugly Humpty Dumpty of human being. The eternal conspirator. Look— I still won. Thanks to my people. I was unaware of these conspiracies. My Allah was with me,” Lone added.
It’s in place to mention here that Lone lost the Kupwara seat but managed to win from Handwara with a thin margin. Many parties, including the Peoples Conference led by Sajad Lone and Apni Party led by Altaf Bukhari had claimed that they have emerged as viable alternatives for the National Conference but failed to make any impact on the ground.
Sajad Lone took to twitter to vent out his “anger” against a leader whom he accused of hatching a conspiracy against him and interfering in his constituencies. “National Conference sweeping Kashmir has turned other parties, including Peoples Democratic Party into non-entities,” said an analyst.
He said, “Sajad Lone has not named Mr Money Bags but everyone knows whom he is referring to.” |
