TNWS submits development demands to MLA Vikram Randhawa

JAMMU, Nov 18: A delegation from the Trikuta Nagar Welfare Society (TNWS), led by President Mr. Rajinder P. Kakkar, met Ch. Vikram Randhawa, MLA of Bahu Constituency, to present key development demands for Trikuta Nagar Colony.
The delegation outlined the following major requests:
Construction of a borewell in Ward 54.
Reconstruction of bridges between various sectors.
Repair of the underpass road connecting Sectors 4 & 5 to Hotel Grand.
Strengthening of Nalla retaining walls in Sector 4 to safeguard property.
Upgradation of the Urban Health and AYUSH Centre.
Establishment of a playground and mini indoor stadium.
Construction of a multi-level parking complex to address parking challenges.
Installation of a solar street light grid for consistent lighting.
Replacement of black-topped lanes with lock tiles for durability.
Maintenance of parks by the Floriculture Department.
Reduction of freehold rights fees to Rs 1 lakh per kanal for residents.
The MLA assured the delegation of prompt action, promising to convene a meeting with relevant departments within three days to address these issues.
The delegation included Ashok Kumar Arora, Sandeep Sharma, and N.K. Bali.
