RS Pura, Dec 14: Under the chairmanship of Ms. Ananta Raina, Munsiff JMIC RS Pura, the Tehsil Legal Services Committee RS Pura organized a National Lok Adalat today at the Court Complex RS Pura.
Two benches were constituted for the event. The first bench included Ms. Ananta Raina, Munsiff JMIC RS Pura, and Advocate Ms. Kesar Praveen. The second bench was led by Ms. Samreen Tibb, Munsiff Additional Special Mobile Magistrate Court RS Pura, and Advocate Mr. Paramjeet Singh.
A total of 439 cases of various nature were taken up in the court of Munsiff JMIC RS Pura, out of which 403 cases were successfully settled, with a total settlement amount of Rs. 1,154,400. In the court of Additional Special Mobile Magistrate RS Pura, 8 cases were taken up, with 7 cases settled for a total of Rs. 10,500.
The successful resolution of these cases highlights the efforts of the Tehsil Legal Services Committee RS Pura in providing accessible justice to the public. |
