JAMMU, Mar 26: The High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh has reconstituted its Judges’ Committees following the transfer of Justice Atul Sreedharan.
As per the latest order issued by the Registrar General, the Administrative Committee will now comprise the Chief Justice, Justice Sanjeev Kumar, and Justice Sindhu Sharma, overseeing judicial officers’ service conditions, promotions, and disciplinary matters.
Additionally, the Accessibility Committee, chaired by Justice Sindhu Sharma, includes senior judicial officers and advocates to ensure compliance with the Supreme Court’s e-Committee guidelines on accessible court procedures.
The order also removes Justice Sreedharan’s name from all previous committee assignments. |
