JAMMU, Apr 18: In a commendable effort to promote physical fitness, mental well-being, and a healthier lifestyle, the Department of Sanskrit in collaboration with the Department of Environmental Science organized a Fit India program on April 18, 2025. The initiative is part of the nationwide Fit India Movement launched by the Hon'ble Prime Minister of India on August 29, 2019, with the aim of encouraging citizens to embrace fitness as a key component of everyday life.
