5/7/2025 10:26:54 PM

Early Times Report
POONCH, May 7: In a continued effort to extend healthcare services to remote and underserved communities, the Romeo Force of the Indian Army conducted a Medical Patrol in the villages of Dhanna and Kashmiri Mohalla in Poonch district.
The initiative, aimed at addressing the basic medical needs of residents in these isolated regions, included area domination patrols accompanied by a Company Medical Representative. The medical team carried out health check-ups and distributed essential medicines, offering much-needed relief to villagers with limited access to healthcare facilities.
This outreach underscores the Indian Army's steadfast commitment to not only ensuring security but also promoting the well-being of citizens living in far-flung areas. The operation provided critical medical support to the underprivileged and reinforced the Army's role as a key pillar of community support and nation-building.
Locals welcomed the initiative with gratitude, acknowledging the Army's compassion and continuous efforts to improve lives in border and highland regions. Such efforts highlight the Indian Army's broader mission of service beyond defense-fostering health, unity, and resilience in the nation's most remote corners.
