Pakistan must learn from Air Strike, stop sending terrorists to India: Kavinder
5/7/2025 10:33:06 PM
Early Times Report
JAMMU, May 7: Senior BJP leader and former Deputy Chief Minister Kavinder Gupta has hailed the success of Operation Sindoor, calling it a powerful message to Pakistan and a testimony to India's firm stance against terrorism. He said that this precise and effective operation once again highlights India's zero-tolerance policy when it comes to threats against national security.
Speaking to media persons here, the BJP stalwart said, "On 22nd April, terrorists targeted 26 innocent tourists in Baisaran Valley at Pahalgam and brazenly said, 'Modi ko bol dena.' Today, Modi ji ne bata diya. This is proof of strong governance and a clear warning to those who dare to challenge India's sovereignty."
Kavinder Gupta commended the Indian Armed Forces for their unmatched courage and professionalism in carrying out Operation Sindoor. "The Indian Army and Air Force deserve our wholehearted appreciation. Their bravery and precision have once again made the country proud and reassured every Indian that the nation is in safe hands," he stated.
He also expressed deep grief over the killing of 10 people along the Line of Control (LoC) in Poonch due to unprovoked firing by Pakistan forces. Calling it a cowardly and inhumane act, he said such aggression against innocent civilians reflects the frustration of Pakistan and further exposes its rogue mindset on the global stage.
Kavinder asked Pakistan to abandon the path of terrorism. "Pakistan should learn from this strike and stop sending terrorists to Indian soil. India is no longer the same-under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, every attempt to destabilize our peace will be met with a strong and fitting reply," he said.
The former deputy Chief Minister reiterated the BJP's unwavering support for the armed forces and the central government, emphasizing that national security remains a top priority. "We stand firmly with our forces and the leadership that has empowered them to act without hesitation against terror," he added.
