| Samba police traced out missing girl, reunited with family | | |

SAMBA, June 2: Samba Police has traced out a missing girl and reunited her with family whose missing report was lodged at Police Station Purmandal.
On 28.03.2025, a written complaint was lodged at Police Station Purmandal by the father of missing girl, a resident of Sangar tehsil Bari Brahmana district Samba, stating therein that her daughter had gone to market Bari Brahmana and did not return home. All efforts were made out by the family members but the whereabouts of the missing girl could not be ascertained.
Acting on the complaint, a missing report vide DD No. 04 dated 28.03.2025 got registered at PS Purmandal and search started to trace out the said missing girl.
After hectic efforts coupled with technical assistance, a Police team of Police Station Purmandal has succeeded in tracing out the said missing girl and handed over to her family members after completing all the legal formalities.
The family member expressed gratitude to Samba Police in reuniting her missing girl with the family. Accordingly the said missing report has been closed. |
