Early Times Report JAMMU, July 30: In continuation of the Viksit Bharat Campaign launched by Cluster University of Jammu and catalysed by the Department of Students Welfare (DSW), an impactful Anti-Drug Awareness Programme was organized at Government Gandhi Memorial (GGM) Science College, Jammu. The programme was held under the overall guidance of Prof. (Dr.) Romesh Kumar Gupta, Principal of the College, and was coordinated by Dr. Revika Arora, Convener, Viksit Bharat Committee of the College. The event was graced by the presence of Dr. Ashaq Hussain, Associate Dean, DSW, (Counsellor NMBA) Cluster University of Jammu, and Dr. Shafia Saleem, Director, Extension and Outreach Program, Cluster University of Jammu. The initiative aimed to sensitize students and the community about the harmful effects of drug abuse and to promote a healthy, drug-free lifestyle. The event saw enthusiastic participation from students, NCC Cadets, faculty members, including Dr. M. S. Saini, Prof. Kamal Kishire, Dr. Bhikampal, Prof. Suneel S. Behryan, Dr. Sukhdeep S. Sasan, Dr. Sanjay Kumar, Dr. Varun Kumar, Dr. Altaf, Dr. Nisha, Dr. Pankaj Mansotra and even parents who were present at the campus accompanying their wards during the ongoing admission process.
